Digital Millennium Copyright Act — Copyright Infringement Notice

MUSKIPTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.

1. DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy

MUSKIPTV complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws. If you believe that content available through our service infringes one or more of your copyrights, please notify us by submitting a DMCA notice to our designated agent.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

To file a notice of copyright infringement with MUSKIPTV, you must submit a written communication that includes the following:

  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner

If you believe your content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To be effective, your counter-notification must include:

  2. Identification of the material that has been removed and its location before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number
  5. A statement that you consent to jurisdiction in the courts of the United Kingdom

MUSKIPTV maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the service or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.

7. Misrepresentation

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees incurred.
